This Policy explains how englishleahrn.com, LLC (EDRPOU 56027391), Kyiv, Ukraine, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data submitted through quote requests and contact forms.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone.
• Request details: destination, dates, travellers, budget, notes.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed.
• Cookie and analytics data, only with prior consent.

2. Purposes and lawful basis

We use your data to answer quote requests, give pre-contract information on the tourism service and prepare your booking, under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3627-IX dated 16.04.2024 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991. Non-essential cookies and analytics run only after your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. Sharing and retention

We share data only with travel suppliers, insurers and IT providers needed to deliver the service, under confidentiality terms, and keep it for the period required to handle your request and meet statutory retention duties, then delete or anonymise it.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by writing to contact@englishleahrn.com. We reply within the deadlines of Law No. 3627-IX.

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian, with this English version alongside, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII dated 25.04.2019. We may update this Policy; the current version is always published here.
