Maldives, day by day, with the hotel base named

A worked example from a January departure: Malé arrival, speedboat transfer to a five-star North Malé Atoll resort, and one scheduled excursion every second day. Transfer times below are the durations quoted by the operator.

Before you book

Booking terms, written in plain language

The short version of how cancellation, taxes, insurance and entry rules work on our Maldives and UAE packages. Full wording lives in the policy pages linked below.

Cancellation and changes

Each hotel sets its own deadline, usually between 14 and 45 days before arrival. Cancel inside that window and the supplier fee applies; we pass it on at cost and show the exact date on your confirmation before you pay.

Taxes and fees

Quoted price bands include mandatory taxes, service charges and green fees unless a line says otherwise. Optional extras such as spa treatments, private guides and desert dinners are itemised separately, never folded into the headline rate.

Travel insurance

Insurance is not included and is required for every traveller on our packages. Cover for medical care, baggage and trip interruption should be active from the day you pay the deposit, not from the day you fly.

Visas and entry

We send a checklist and the official government links for both destinations. We do not promise visa approval or guaranteed entry, and passport validity rules stay the traveller's responsibility.

Private transfers

A private transfer means the car, van or speedboat is reserved for your party alone. A personal guide is included only where the itinerary line says so, and transfer durations are estimates set by the hotel or operator.

Payments

A deposit secures the room and transfer slots; the balance falls due on the date stated in your confirmation. Card and bank transfer details are issued by our team, never by a third party.
