Refund and Cancellation Policy

2. How to cancel

Email contact@englishleahrn.com with your booking number, service and departure date. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm it in writing.

3. Cancellation charges

• 30+ days before departure: refund less supplier fees already incurred.
• 15–29 days: 70% of the price refunded.
• 7–14 days: 50% of the price refunded.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Non-refundable items (visas and insurance) are disclosed before booking.

4. Taxes and fees

Mandatory taxes, state fees and resort charges are refunded where the law or the supplier requires. Our service fee is non-refundable only if disclosed before payment.

5. Changes and our cancellations

Changes depend on availability and any price difference. If we cancel a confirmed service, you get a full refund or an equivalent alternative.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of written confirmation; bank processing time is outside our control.
